Long ago when Mira's tears created the phantoms and when Coral Canyons was a cave and phantoms attacked Mira made weapons to fight off the phantoms. She knew that the phantoms could strike anywhere at anytime so she made them available in all places. Although they were never used they still lie in their exact places to remember the true Jamma Culture. And if you're wondering why they were never used it is because Mira ordered the Jammers to only use them when they desperately needed them, because Mira did not believe in violence."

"Hi jammers/story readers!
This is my story for the Monday Mystery:
Staffs of a Wizard
Greely, the dark magician and wizard shaman, was mixing herbs and meat in his small rock cave. He reached onto a shelf and grabbed some spices. He poured a few bits of it into his hand and sprinkled some of it onto the meat. Greely licked his chops. "Yum!" he thought. He grasped a fork from the table in the middle of the small cave. He rammed it into his meal and brought the bowl of meat to the table. Just as he sat down, a swirling, twisting shadow appeared at the doorway to the cave. Greely cried out in surprise, then grasped a nearby knife lying on the kitchen counter, ready to make his enemy not-so-at-home. A figure appeared out of the swirling black clouds and mist, gradually forming into a wizard, a mixture of all animals and things. Greely staggered backwards, terrified. The creature looked hideous, jaws dripping with saliva and huge, ears pricked, fur bristling, eyes gleaming, feet stepping into the saliva dribbling onto the floor of the cave. "Hello, Greely." The magician spoke darkly and with a scratched voice, as if he hadn't talked for decades. "H-h-h-h-hello," managed a terrified Greely. The hideous being came closer. "I'm here for you," it murmured. Caught in a spell by the creature's soothing but scratchy tone, Greely nodded. The wizard grabbed Greely's tail, and ripped the knife out of his hand. "You're coming with me," the animal wizard said more harshly. Shaking, Greely was swept into the black, tumbling, misty portal. "AHHHH!" Greely shrieked. "I'VE COME TO TEACH YOU BLACK MAGIC AND WIZARDRY!" cried the wizard. "You are after all, a wolf. Everybody knows wolves follow this path." Greely, too jumbled up to speak, shook his head no. The dark wizard didn't seem to notice. With another twist and tumble, they landed in a dark shadowy land, with twisted, burnt trees and sparse dead grass. Greely's pelt pricked with curiosity, but also with a sense of danger and ominous feelings. The dark wizard dragged him into a nearby hut, with a dark red roof and black walls made of painted straw. The wizard stepped inside, then dragged Greely in and dropped him on the hard stone floor. "Ouch!" Greely cried out. The being's eyes snapped around and stared at Greely. "Begin," he whispered. Potions and bottles came flying from the shelves, some carrying red and black bubbling liquid, others carrying eyes and blood. Greely screamed long and loud. He had to get out of here. The wizard, however, had different plans. He picked up Greely by the tail and then lowered him into a chair next to him. "Look," said the creature softly. "I am not trying to hurt you. I am trying to teach you." "NO!" Greely snapped to his senses. This thing, or whatever it was, was trying to lure him into being dark! The creature narrowed it's eyes. "If that's how you want it," it hissed. The dark wizard grabbed a staff wit ha jewel on the end and stabbed it into Greely's stomach, sending shooting, lightening-strike pain up his body. Greely, moaning, clambered around until he found another jug of staffs. He got one, looked at the stone, and then jabbed it at the wizards neck. The stone (which was bloodstone) made the creature's neck bleed awfully bad. Not able to watch it die, Greely grabbed all the staffs and their cases, summoned a good portal, and went home. Sense Greely could not bear to be reminded of the battle that day, he scattered all the staffs and their cases all over Jamaa. Some watchful eyes can still find them today.
Hope you liked it!!! Sorry if it was long!!!
